The Beauty Embassy shall not be bound to replace damaged or missing goods following carriage. The Beauty Embassy cannot be held responsible for any uncontrollable event that may arise within the scope of delivery: wars, risks linked to politics, fires, earthquakes, storms, volcanic ash, failings by the public services.
We do not ship internationally, except for New Zealand.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
WHEN GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
We will accept goods for return only after assessment as set out above, where the goods:
If you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, your refund will be issued to you by your original payment method for the goods.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
Claims for compensation or reasonable expenses incurred in returning your purchase should be addressed to our Customer Service team at the address below and need to be accompanied with supporting evidence.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Please email us at hello@thebeautyembassy.com.au with details of your return. Please provide proof of purchase. For Biologique Recherche products please provide the batch number on the bottom, prooftag number (the numbers under the QR code on the outer packaging) size and date of purchase. Please provide images of any faulty goods or reactions. We will be in touch with details on how to return and if the return is accepted.
