Masque VIP O2 is an oxygenating, moisturising, ‘anti-pollution’ treatment to ‘breathe life’ and clarity back into dull, tired, devitalised and stressed Skin Instants. Its formula is rich in moisturising botanical ingredients and contains the specific Biologique Recherche oxygenating complex, which stimulates epidermal regeneration and revitalised the complexion. Masque Vip O2 non-greasy and non-drying, is even gentle enough to be used around the eye area.

Apply over the entire face, neck and décolleté. Avoid the eye contour area. Leave it on for 15 min. Emulsify with cold water and rinse using damp non-woven gauze.
Tip: can be stored in the refrigerator for a cooling effect after exposure to the sun.
Complex of Hyaluronic Acid and Rhizobium: This complex consists of hyaluronic acid, a natural constituent of the dermis, and gel produced by rhizobium, a symbiotic bacterium in sunflowers. With its high molecular weight (>1 Mda), hyaluronic acid remains on the surface of the skin to enhance its barrier function against external attack, and to keep water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Combined with rhizobium gel, this complex enables the creation of a supple and flexible protective film on the surface of the skin, which regulates perspiration. In addition, it acts as a genuine water reservoir, restoring the skin’s water requirements to regulate its hydration and guarantee its structural integrity.
Oxygenating Complex specific to Biologique Recherche: Biologique Recherche’s oxygenating complex has exceptional oxygenating properties: ex vivo tests show that it stimulates cellular respiration via a nano-emulsion system which delivers Perfluorodecalin, a molecule known for its ability to transport oxygen (like hemoglobin in blood). These significant results highlight a direct “oxygen carrying/replenishing” effect. Cell oxygenation stimulates cellular activity in order to improve the skin’s hydration and barrier function.
Chlorella Sorokiniana microalgae: This detoxifying active ingredient activates the 3 levers of mitochondrial defense (mitochondrion: generates cellular energy referred to as ATP) which offset the loss of quality in mitochondria caused by the aging process. Rich in glucans and galactans (sugars), it controls the quality and dynamism of mitochondria as well as mitophagy (process of eliminating defective organelles). The healthy mitochondria use oxygen to produce the energy required for cellular renewal. Once recharged, the skin barrier is dynamic and effective, making the skin radiant and the complexion luminous.
Dandelion Fructans: Dandelion fructans detoxify the skin by eliminating particulate pollutants. Once their number has been reduced, inflammation and oxidation phenomena will be limited, as will the level of oxidized proteins induced by the pollutants. The skin’s radiance and texture improve to become luminous and smooth once again.
