Complex containing Hyaluronic Acid and Rhizobium: This complex consists of hyaluronic acid, a natural constituent of the dermis, and gel produced by rhizobium, a symbiotic bacterium in sunflowers. With its high molecular weight (>1 Mda), hyaluronic acid remains on the surface of the skin to enhance its barrier function against harsh external factors, and to keep water in the superficial layers of the epidermis. Combined with rhizobium gel, this complex helps create a supple and flexible protective film on the surface of the skin, which regulates perspiration. In addition, it acts as a water reservoir, restoring the skin’s water requirements to regulate its hydration and guarantee its structural integrity.
Mimosa Tenuiflora Extract: Mimosa Tenuiflora, or “skin tree”, is a shrub from the Fabaceae family. Its bark extract helps stimulate tissue repair. In addition, its ability to regenerate supportive tissue and reactivate cell metabolism, combined with its anti-free radical action, helps combat the signs of cutaneous aging. Its antimicrobial and healing properties protect and repair the skin.
Virgin Sisymbrium Oil: Sisymbriumis a wild herbaceous plant belonging to the cabbage family that grows in India and parts of Asia. Its siliqua fruit contain seeds from which the virgin sisymbrium oil is extracted. Sisymbrium oil is rich in phytosterols, which have both biological (anti-inflammatory) and physicochemical effects (control and regulate membrane fluidity). This oil contains large quantities of fatty acids, which play a major role in the barrier function of the epidermis.
Colostrum: Colostrum is the name given to the milk secreted by female mammals during late gestation and within the first few days (3 to 4) after birthing. It contains all the elements of an NMF (natural moisturizing factor) and is very rich in amino acids. It facilitates the hydration of the surface layers of the epidermis as well as the synthesis of collagen. It therefore contributes to maintaining skin elasticity and acts on the formation of wrinkles.
Plant-based squalane: Taking the form of a light and fluid oil, squalane has very high affinity with the skin. Squalane is a lipid that is naturally produced by the human body and is one of the main components of sebum and the hydrolipidic film. Plant-based squalane prevents dehydration, restores suppleness and elasticity to the skin and limits transepidermal water loss. It is light and silky to the touch, and being non-greasy it is a prized active ingredient in cosmetics.
Macadamia Nut Oil: This oil is obtained by cold pressing macadamia nuts. Very rich in fatty acids, notably palmitoleic acid, it has moisturizing, nourishing and softening properties. Replenishing and healing, it also helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks, chapping, redness and scars. Very fluid, it immediately penetrates the skin without leaving a greasy film.
